just got this for my husband who has a habit of breaking every desk chair we get. out of the box in 5 pieces, each wrapped very well. the instructions were clear except for the notice that should have been included. attach the arms wrap around the back of the Chair before and not loosen just to get the holes to line up. to attach seat pad bottom get a helper with muscles and skill of screwdriver. After you put together you will love it!
